The Golden State State Government is a Democrat-controlled entity with a long history of innovation. Citizens in the state are represented by a collaborative legislative branch, which includes the Upper House and the Lower Chamber. The governor, currently the incumbent, manages the executive branch and is responsible for implementing state policy.
